Thank you for shopping at Lalabel! We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing an order:

💎 Jewelry & Handmade Items:

• Returns are accepted for store credit only, within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• No returns on sale items, custom orders, earrings, or clothing.
• If you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days with your name, order number, and photos at lalabelpr@gmail.com.

♻️ Pre-Loved Pieces:

• All pre-loved clothing sales are final.
• If something doesn’t fit, you may request store credit valid for 1 year.
• Items must be returned in the same condition received and within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Lost or Damaged Items:

• We cover lost packages in transit.
• We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered but lost after delivery.

🔁 Additional Info:

• Color may vary slightly depending on screen/device.
• We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges.
• Proof of purchase is required for any return request.
• For resizing requests (rings/necklaces), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
